I recently had the privilege of attending a workshop by
Chris Groves at the Booth Western Art Museum Art Academy. I have to say it was tremendous. The above
photos are of the work I did in the class. I really feel he helped me take what
I know and push it to the next level. He is not only a tremendous artist but
very informative motivating instructor.
In the last few years I have been most fortunate to also study
with Bill Davidson and Qiang Huang. I cannot say enough good things about any
of these three men.
All Amazing artist, and fabulous instructors very giving of
their knowledge.
Now it’s up to me to put all that know how to the best use I
can!!!! Wish me luck!!!!!
you are blessed to have a teacher...I have none and I have painted a year..I know I could also benefit but where i am i cannot find anyone....
ReplyDeleteYou are right I have been blessed to have the instruction I have, and I am always seeking more. That’s why I started teaching myself several years back. I felt I had been so fortunate that paying it forward was the least I could do. If there is ever anything I could help you with to maybe guide you in the right direction, please let me know.
